Preparation

Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.

Put in 15 g cloves of garlic and saute and mix well.

Put in 15 g of ginger and saute well. Put in the pieces of 15 shallots.

Saute well.Add the pieces of 3 tomatoes and saute and mix well.

Add a spoon of black pepper powder, a spoon of mixture of spices, a spoon of chili powder, a quarter spoon of turmeric powder and salt to taste and mix well.

Add the ground mixture of one red chili and 50 g of cashew nuts.

Saute and mix well.

Add the Chicken pieces and mix and saute.Cook for 25 minutes in the closed casserole or kadai and take off the pan and serve.
