Preparation
1. Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.
2. Put in the 3 cloves, a spoon of fennel seeds and a spoon of caraway seeds and saute well.
3. Put in 20 cloves of garlic and saute and mix well.
4. Put in the pieces of 15 shallots.
